1) Gender configuration on front page.
The Options that were available under the Customise --> Gender menu have been moved to the main reports screen. This was by far the most commonly requested facility.

2) Gender codes changed to more understanable codes, i.e. His/Her
New Gender codes have been included so instead of having to use an abstract code you can actually use the words you want to replace when the gender is set, i.e. His/Her He/She etc.

3) Smart paste facility. See User Guide for details on this.
This facilty allows you to paste text from the main text box into different sections of a word document. This uses the bookmarks facility provided by word

4) Save and load text in the main text box (new File menu options)
Data can be loaded and saved from the main text box

5) Statement boxes have a configurable length so all of a long statement can be seen all at once.
A check box and a number field allow you to extent the length of the statement boxes. This will enable you to see your full statement on the screen at one time.

6) Hints stay on for 250 secs instead of 2.5 secs
Hints stay on the screen longer so if you are using them to read your statements they won't go away

7) drag and drop has been incorporated into the statements.
Statements can be dragged and dropped from one statement box to another.

8) Right click on box can edit statement
The popup menu on the statement box has had the edit statement option added to it

9) A list of pupils can be maintained
A list of pupils can be maintained and saved in a file. When this list has been loaded into Report Maker the next and previous buttons on the main screen (below the name boxes) can be used to scroll through pupil list. The gender button is automatically set depending on the gender of the pupil.

10) The keyboards shortcut have been improved (Alt + 'N' for example is given for both 'next page' and 'clear name'.

bugs fixed
1) when using the save option the current page could not be edited after the save was completed.
2) when the cancel button on the save dialog is clicked an error message occurred, this does not happen anymore.
